Visionaries grow against the flow

In times like these, how can you continue to grow with your company? At least by delivering products and services that are more economical. After all, there are few rational arguments against wanting to cut down on costs. But, in order to make the right choices, you sometimes have to have a visionary outlook.

Sofon-users are visionaries
Sofon has grown strongly in the past year thanks to customers who have discovered that you can cut down on costs considerably using the quotation software from Sofon, while at the same time accelerating, simplifying and improving the quotation process. Companies that invest in Sofon are visionaries. They don’t wait for better times – they ensure that they are better able to deal with the present times. They are aware that you can’t simply bring Sofon rolling in. The implementation process requires a minimum of one person – for a period of several months – to be made available several days a week. That is not always easy with a staff already running lean and mean following several years of cost cutting. But it does yield benefits!

Sofon users are proactive
The implementation of our quotation software creates calm and space within the organization. With the Sofon software, you are able to respond faster and more effectively to requests from the market with fewer people; all the while leaving yourself time for an active market approach. Because these days, we all have to make more quotations to realize the same revenue. And we cannot afford to let an opportunity pass by. You can resolve that in one of two ways: by hiring more people (which would be a problem) or by providing your current staff with more effective tools.

Sofon users get it right the first time
“First time right” is a slogan that has been used by companies such as Ricoh as an argument for implementing Sofon. Being required to go back and correct quotations and orders leads to loss of time, internal frustration, dissatisfied customers and higher costs. With Sofon, their quotations and orders are right the first time. In that way, you can score and you work more efficiently with your personnel capacity. Are you a visionary, too?
