New Blog: Improved communication with clients? ERP does not do the job

Do you speak your clients’ language? “That depends,” you say. “We speak Dutch with clients in the Netherlands. If a client speaks English, we also speak English.” But that’s not exactly what I mean. I really mean to ask you something totally different. Apparently my opening question is not as clear as I thought. Clearly, I didn’t quite speak your language. If it is possible to be  wrong-footed in a simple blog, and understand something completely differently from most readers, what happens in commercial communication on complex products?
