Versions
Sofon Sales Configurator is available in two versions: a desktop and a browser version.
Desktop Sales Configurator
The desktop version is used in combination with any ERP, back office solution or CRM. Its users are frequent users requiring high interactivity and rich functionality. This version utilizes the product and customer information available in the ERP or CRM system.
Web Sales Configurator
The Web Sales Configurator is used within a website or portal. Its users will usually be light users who can use the software without any prior explanation or training. By means of style sheets, the look & feel of the Web Sales Configurator can be designed fully compliant with an existing website or portal.
All information generated by any of the Sales Configurator versions and Sofon Proposal Organizer can be exchanged between the applications thus facilitating free but secure information exchange between customers, dealers, sales representatives, sales engineers and the sales office.
