Consultant / Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of Sofon Guided Selling Software at local and multinational organizations
- Combined role: strong focus on customer’s business process combined with project management responsibility
- Translating complex business issues related to the sales of knowledge intensive products into knowledge models that are the heart of Sofon Guided Selling Software
- Advising customers regarding best modeling practices for modeling of products, product structures, price structures, contracts and other sales documents
- Advising customers regarding integrations of Sofon Guided Selling with ERP, PDM and CRM
- Providing support both on a project basis as well as on the basis of ad-hoc customer inquiries
- Taking responsibility for the propagation of ‘best practices’ among Sofon customers
Profile:
- Academic level
- Strong analytic and conceptual skills
- Min. 5 years experience in the areas product configuration, ERP and / or CRM
- Experience with the translation of real world issues in formal (computer) specifications
- Strong interest in business processes
- Eager to learn and motivated to share knowledge
- Sees the variety in business issues and customers profiles as an interesting challenge
- Commercial attitude
- Very strong communication skills
- Excellent command of Dutch and English. Command of German is appreciated.
