Consultant / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of Sofon Guided Selling Software at local and multinational organizations
  • Combined role: strong focus on customer’s business process combined with project management responsibility
  • Translating complex business issues related to the sales of knowledge intensive products into knowledge models that are the heart of Sofon Guided Selling Software
  • Advising customers regarding best modeling practices for modeling of products, product structures, price structures, contracts and other sales documents
  • Advising customers regarding integrations of Sofon Guided Selling with ERP, PDM and CRM
  • Providing support both on a project basis as well as on the basis of ad-hoc customer inquiries
  • Taking responsibility for the propagation of ‘best practices’ among Sofon customers

Profile:

  • Academic level
  • Strong analytic and conceptual skills
  • Min. 5 years experience in the areas product configuration, ERP and / or CRM
  • Experience with the translation of real world issues in formal (computer) specifications
  • Strong interest in business processes
  • Eager to learn and motivated to share knowledge
  • Sees the variety in business issues and customers profiles as an interesting challenge
  • Commercial attitude
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English. Command of German is appreciated.
