Many implementations of business-critical software require intensive, long-term support from the supplier. Sofon Guided Selling is a rather unique exception to this rule. As Sofon can be set up almost entirely by users themselves, the need for consultancy is extremely limited.
Sofon Studio users, for example, need just one day of training, after which they can immediately start modeling their own information. For an average implementation of Sofon Studio and Sofon Proposal Organizer, no more than 10 to 15 days of support are required from Sofon. This ensures that implementation costs remain limited and dependence on Sofon is kept to a minimum.
In addition, users can maintain Sofon almost entirely independently, which means that ongoing consultancy – with the associated costs – is also unnecessary.
Even though there is no need for a great deal of consultancy, Sofon nevertheless makes every effort, together with you, to ensure that an outstanding result is achieved. After all, for Sofon and for you it is only the end result that counts.
If, in spite of this, you need to call in Sofon consultants for a long period, as you do not have sufficient capacity available yourself, this is of course perfectly possible.
